The Miss Finger Lakes Organization is part of the Miss America Competition, and Miss Finger Lakes represents our community at the Miss New York Competition. Don't let the big name fool you, Miss America starts in small community centers such as Little Lakes. Our focus is helping women succeed through scholarship and networking opportunities, so our local competitions are quite humble. We encourage the community to come out and enjoy watching the women compete with talent and themed competitions. This competition is designed to find the most qualified representative for her community based on service initiative, dedication to her craft and skills, intelligence, and ability to relate to members of the public from any walk of life. January 18th from 6-9pm, Little Lakes Community Center, 4705 S. Main St., Hemlock.
